Pet Policy

We accept all sizes of Friendly breeds

• Cats must be spayed or neutered with proof from Vet
  
• Fees are flat and non negotiable
  
• $375 Non refundable Pet Deposit for pets up to 40lbs / Over 40lbs is $575
  
• $30 additional monthly added to rental amount
  
• Dog license information required
  
• Signed pet agreement required / One Pet per unit
