Pet Policy

We accept Cats and Dogs of Friendly breeds (must be under 40Lbs)

• Small to Medium sized Dogs only...Max weight 40Lbs
  
• Cats must be spayed or neutered with proof from Vet
  
• Fees are flat and non negotiable
  
• $450 Non refundable Pet Fee/Deposit
  
• $30 additional monthly added to rental amount
  
• Dog license information required
  
• Signed pet agreement required / One Pet per unit
